What does a storage plan include?
Free includes 200 KB and Sprout includes 2 MB for text memories only. Grove includes 5 GB, Canopy includes 25 GB and Old Growth includes 100 GB of combined storage for text memories, files, photos, audio and video. Storage uses decimal units: 1 KB = 1,000 bytes. Existing accounts and purchases keep their promised allowances, including larger historical limits. The monthly fee covers Stem software and storage; it does not include another AI subscription, advertising services or campaign management.
Can I purchase a plan today?
Yes—sign in and choose a plan to check secure Dodo Payments checkout availability for your account. Every new STEM account starts free unless it already has a verified paid entitlement. Your purchase is linked to the STEM account you are signed into. Existing subscriptions must be managed with their billing provider; app-store offers depend on the published platform release.
How do renewal and cancellation work?
Web subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Sign in and select Manage plan to find your billing controls and cancellation options. Your receipt and billing provider show the effective date. Apple and Google Play subscriptions are managed through the store where you purchased them.
How do I request a refund?
For a web purchase, use the support link on your Dodo Payments or Paddle receipt, or email [email protected] with your checkout email and transaction number. Your payment provider handles eligible refunds to the original payment method. See our Refund Policy for details and statutory rights. Do not send card numbers or bank details.
Who can access my saved context?
You choose which compatible tools to connect to your Stem account. Authorized connections can access your text memories within the permissions you grant. Uploaded files, photos, audio and video are private by default and are not automatically shared with AI tools. Sharing requires an explicit expiring link that you can revoke; anyone holding the link can access the shared file while it is active. See the Privacy Policy for storage, retention, and connected-tool details.
Can I export or delete my memories?
Stem provides a JSON memory export on the web. Compatible iOS builds offer Markdown sharing. See the export guide for formats and limits. Account deletion is available in Settings. Review the account-deletion instructions and any separate subscription cancellation steps before proceeding. You can also contact support for help.
Who operates Stem?
Stem is developed and operated by Awase LLC. This storefront presents Stem text-memory and combined-storage plans. Our broader Terms and Privacy Policy also describe other Awase services; purchasing Stem storage does not purchase those services.
